- Our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (collectively, the “Apps”).
- Any other online services, platforms, or tools we provide (together with the Website and Apps, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you:
- Confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Acknowledge our Privacy Policy as part of these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
2. Authorized Users Only
The Veras Nursery Apps are strictly for authorized users only. Authorized users include:
- Current employees of Veras Nursery.
- Approved contractors.
- Authorized business partners or vendors granted access by Veras Nursery.
Public users are not permitted to access or use these Apps. Access credentials are issued exclusively by Veras Nursery’s IT Department. Unauthorized access may result in disciplinary action, legal consequences, and/or prosecution under applicable law.
3. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have been expressly granted access by Veras Nursery.
- You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You are accessing the Services solely for legitimate, authorized business purposes.
4. Account Registration and Security
When you are provided access:

- Your device containing login credentials is lost or stolen.

5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for authorized Veras Nursery business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
- Use the Services for personal, unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or authentication systems.
- Engage in activities that may disrupt or impair the Services’ operation (e.g., introducing malware, overloading systems).
- Access data that you are not expressly authorized to view.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, and materials available through the Services — including but not limited to:
- Text, images, graphics, logos.
- Databases, compilations, and designs.
- Source code, APIs, and proprietary algorithms.
